Herewith enclose the specific requirements of the EMBASSY of USA for any student interchange:

1.- The Universities of acceptance SHOULD SENT TO THE STUDENTS THE FORMULAIRE IAP-66 DULY SIGNED AND FILLED BY THE UNIVERSITY.

It is integrated by 3 sheet that include the students data and the period of stay.

The student should signed two of those sheets on the back and send it to the local embassy ( Madrid in the case of Spain) together with the original passport, one picture and the justification to have payed 7875 pts ( in the case of Spain) in the bank of the embassy ( Bank of Santander in the case of Spain). This should be accompanied by a certificated of economic solvency.

2.- The Student SHOULD SENT THE FORMULAIRE OF VISA DEMAND NUMBER OF-156 which is located in the case of Spain at http://www.embusa.es , in the subsection: " sesion consular" inside of this in the subsection " visados no inmigrantes" inside of this in the subsection " OF156", or directly in http://www.embusa.es/cons/visa.pdf

3.- After collecting all this, the students should send this by registered mail to the address of the embassy that will retourn the inmigration sheet and the passport in a period of 15 days on the average ( please noticed that it would take probably ONE MONTH in the case of Canary Islands.)
